Other than the price of the card itself, there are no additional or subscription fees to utilize the card and profile. A single dot. card will cost you $20. However, you can order them in a double pack or five pack if you need to buy for more than just yourself.
The sweet spot is where the NFC sensor is located. For iPhones, on the back at the top, just to the right of the camera.
