In Outlook, go to File Options. On the General page, look for Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office. Set the Office Theme to Black and select the check box next to Never change the message background color. Select OK.
Its simple: open Outlook, go to the File tab, select Options, click General, then choose Black from the Office Theme drop-down menu. Click OK and youre done! Dark Mode is available in recent versions of Microsoft Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, and mobile devices.
Here are the steps: Open Outlook and click on the File tab. Select Options from the dropdown menu. Go to the left-hand sidebar and choose General. Change the background theme At the top left, tap Menu . General settings. Tap Theme. Choose Light, Dark or System default.
