you a quick overview of what Im going to be talking about basically its in the title anti-patterns and patterns this is something that actually came really the idea came from Yarnell he was talking about lets point out some of the things that people sometimes do wrong and that we keep hearing about and maybe suggest better ways to go about it I do want this to be more of a discussion if I put something up there thats an anti-pattern and you think its absolutely the best way to do it let me know ill tell you why youre wrong oh i would like to find out if other people like to cling to these they prove useful i also am guessing that I havent thought of every problem that you all have run into so there will be time at the end to discuss trap to you may have run into things you had to do to get out of it if you saw me last year everything on this slide is the same so I wont really bother talking about it professional details are unchanged personal details changed a bit I celebrate
