Usually, three initials are no problem. However, to make it more clear that these are initials of given names, A. S. M.
You want your email signature to look clean and uncluttered, so stick to your full name, job title, and company name, and then add one or two other elements, if needed. Ideally, your email signature should be three or four lines of text.
Because your signature identifies you, it should be consistent. It doesnt have to be your full name unless youre specifically trying to match a previous authorized signature. You can choose to use just your initials instead, as one example.
If the same is not yet registered and not yet circulated, then you can cross out the short signature and attest the same with your full signature. You can but there is no need. Unless it is specifically asked giving short signature is perfectly alright and legal as well.
Theres really no limit of what can be your signature we highly suggest that you keep your signature somewhat formal, legible, and representative of your personality to remain professional. Thats all you need to know about what is accepted as a signature.
Change your e-signature in new Acrobat Open the PDF document or form in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, and select Fill Sign from the Quick action toolbar. From the signature dialog, select the cross (X) sign beside the previously added signature. To add a replacement signature to the document, select Add Signature.
