Add a note: If the Markup toolbar isnt showing, click the Show Markup Toolbar button . Click the Note button , then type text. You can use the Touch Bar, if available. To close the note, click anywhere on the PDF page.
The option to set custom margins can be found in the same place as the standard ones. Open the Edit Tab. Choose Margin. Pick Page Margin Setup.
You can also get to this option from the Page Preview pane. Open the Page Preview pane. Right-Click on any page. Choose Page Margin Setup.
Select Add Margins and Padding to change or add white spaces. You can define margins to each side of the page Top, Bottom, Left and Right. Once you indicate the preferred margin size (in inches) in every side, a preview of your margin will be shown.
Click the Margin Note button and select Create from the drop-down list. A two-column table will be placed in the document with the text of the paragraph in the right hand table cell. If Table Gridlines are turned on in Word, youll see a dotted outline of the table. The gridlines do not print.
Steps to add a comment Select the Add a comment tool from the quick tools menu, and select where you want to place the note. Type text in the pop-up note. You can also use the Select tool to copy and paste text from a PDF into the note. Note: If you close the pop-up note, your text remains.
Open up a pdf document using the docHub Reader. Locate a part of the text within the document that you wish to add the note and then press the Add sticky note (Ctrl+6).
Select the Crop tool on the toolbar. In the toolbar below, select Add Margins. Hint: You can also access this feature by clicking either Edit, Page, Add Margins or Edit, Document, Add Margins on the PDF Annotator menu.
