Open all the PDF documents to be combined. Go to Home Create, then click Combine All. In the Combine Files dialog box edit and order the list of source files like as it is described in Create Assistant. Select Add filenames as Bookmarks to build a Table of Contents from the filenames. Click to start PDF creation.

Start the docHub Acrobat application and open a PDF document using File Open from the main menu. Select Plug-Ins Links Generate Links Link Page N Text to Nth Page to open the Link Page N Text to Nth Page dialog. Optionally, specify page offset in the Link Page N Text To Nth Page dialog.
Type the text in any of the header and footer text boxes. To insert page numbers or the current date, click in a box and then select the corresponding buttons. To select formatting for automatic entries, select Page Number and Date Format.
Start the docHub Acrobat application and using File Open menu open a PDF file that need to be processed. Make sure that the document actually has bookmarks. Select Plug-Ins Bookmarks Modify Bookmarks Add/Remove Leading Numbers to open the Add/Remove Leading Numbers dialog.
Select the PDF document to which you want to add page numbers. After Acrobat uploads the PDF file, sign in. Select where you want the numbers to appear on your PDF pages and the desired page range. Select Save to save your numbered file.
