this video shows how to add a return address with a static text box click on the main window tab label designer then click on the designer tab on the menu ribbon click print setup from the menu ribbon and then select the appropriate printer from the drop-down list then click close click page size from the menu ribbon and then select the appropriate size from the drop down list in this example a number 10 envelope and portrait orientation is used then click OK double-click the left-side ruler and a pop-up window will open then select the landscape option in the orientation section and click OK click text box from the menu ribbon and use the cursor to drag a box onto the mail peace enter the return address information in the text box section labeled text then click okay you can now customize this text using the text box tab on the menu ribbon you can change things such as colors sizes and fonts we have now added a custom return address to the mail piece using a static text box
