what is up guys alex transcribes here welcome back to another video today weamp;#39;re going to be talking about vocal comping now this is a follow-up to my other video about vocal recording and the way that i set up an effective vocal recording session to allow maximum creativity and organization while actually recording on the fly so now this is post recording session how does my session look after iamp;#39;ve actually recorded using the method i showed you in the last video and then how do i comp from this how does this method allow me to have a quick and efficient and organized comp of the vocal so that is what weamp;#39;re going to talk about today before we dive into the session i want to just talk about vocal comping and what iamp;#39;m trying to get out of a vocal comp i have a few different goals in mind i am personally somebody who likes to edit and i donamp;#39;t shy away from editing at all iamp;#39;m very upfront about that and so typically and this is obviously all
