hello in this video we are going to see how to reprocess a service request thats an initiated status without a fulfillment ticket created nor an existing ci events record so if we go to our system here and we check this service request id by clicking on view process we will see that theres not a fulfillment ticket created so what we need to do is take that request id value copy it and paste it into srm map instance bridge on the sr rec number field and locate that record well see that its an initiated status as well and we can also take the instance id value from it and go to ci events and paste it in the aoi good field and were not going to get a record back so we dont have an existing record to reprocess here so we go back to the app instance bridge record and theres a few things we need to modify on here so we need to clear out the aoi status and on the z param command were going to type in srm out create app request but you could select the arrow drop down over there on th
