Click Labels, and then double-click on the type of labels you want to print. Label types include product labels, tags and mailing labels. If presented with new categories, double-click on the one you want to use. Look for a label sheet with multiple labels so you can print many on one page.
When you use Words mail-merge feature to create labels, it simply creates a source document that contains the proper field codes to print a single set of labels. To print multiple copies of labels, all you need to do is merge the source document with the data source to create a new document.
Click and drag to select the text you want to copy. Click Ctrl and C on your keyboard to copy (on a Mac, Command C) Move to the Design Print Customize screen and click inside the text box you want to paste into.

Thats because, when you replicated the data for all labels, Words Next Record field wasnt inserted. To insert these, go to the start of each label except the first and, from the Rules dropdown on the Mailings tab, choose Next Record.
How Do I Make Different Stickers on One Sheet? Click File New. Choose from one of the available label templates. Choose the multiple pages per sheet as the layout type. Click on your custom sticker labels name under More Blank Page sizes. Select the name to open the customized sticker file.
Alternatively, click inside the cell, select the Table Tools Layout tab at the top of the page, click on Select, and choose Select Cell. Copy your label using the Copy menu in your software or using a keyboard shortcut (Windows: Ctrl + C / MacOS: ⌘ + C).
Click (Select Fields) on the Details Window. Move the mouse pointer to the mail merge field that you want to copy on the Work Window, and click the field when the shape of the mouse pointer changes to . Or, drag the mouse pointer selection rectangle to include the mail merge field to copy.
Select the label where youd like to put the duplicate. With everything still selected, press the delete button on your keyboard. This will delete everything from your design. Select Edit All in the Navigator over on the right side of your screen. Click on the Paste button at the top of the screen.
Hold down the shift key on your keyboard and use the right arrow key to move your cursor into the last label in the top row. Copy the top row using the Copy icon or the keyboard shortcut. Now left click once inside the first label in the second row.
