With Mail Merge, you can easily add CC and BCC recipients to your email campaigns and theyll receive a copy of every email that goes out to your merge recipients. You can also use this feature to copy your CRM tool so they can automatically capture communication with your leads.
A recipient is the person who has recieved an email from a sender. The email may have been sent to them directly, or it may have been forwarded to them by someone else.
Recipient simply means the person to whom youre sending an email to. If you were sending an email to a family member, that family member would be the recipient of that email.
When you put an email address in the CC or carbon copy field it means that a copy of the email you are sending will also be sent to that address.
Select and highlight all of the email addresses of your intended guests. Step 2: If youre on a Windows computer, use the CTRL+C keyboard shortcut to copy the list. If youre on a MacOS computer, use the COMMAND + C keyboard shortcut. Alternatively, right-click on the highlighted email addresses and select Copy.
CC stands for carbon copy, allowing someone apart from the primary recipient to receive a copy of the email. When you CC an email to someone, the recipients in both the To field and the CC field are able to see the email addresses of each other. The CC field in email lets you keep additional recipients in the loop.
The carbon copy recipient will receive the completed envelope when you use a signing order and add them at the end of the order. You can add carbon copy recipients to any point in the signing order.
