letamp;#39;s say i have a quiz here and i may want to use the questions that are built into that quiz in a subsequent assessment perhaps maybe a midterm or final exam and so iamp;#39;d like to have the questions that i built in this quiz in the question library so that i could then redistribute them to a follow-on quiz or exam okay in order to do that iamp;#39;m going to go to the question library click the blue new button and iamp;#39;ll create a section and this is just to help me stay organized and iamp;#39;ll give the section a title i donamp;#39;t need to do any of the rest of this if i donamp;#39;t want to click save and iamp;#39;m going to go inside that section by clicking on it and bear in mind iamp;#39;m in the question library then iamp;#39;ll click import and choose browse existing questions now here i need to go to the source drop down menu because this is whatamp;#39;s going to allow me to choose where these questions are coming from and in this case iamp;#39;

How to duplicate a question in the Question Bank Select the More tab directly below the name of your Moodle paper. Select Question bank from the drop-down menu. Scroll down to the question, then in the Actions column select Edit. In the drop-down menu, select Duplicate.
Procedures Log in to D2L. Select the name of the course that you would like to export from. On your courses navigation bar, select Course Admin (near the top of the screen). Under Site Resources, select Import/Export/Copy Components.
Click the Import button and choose Browse Existing Questions. Change the Source to the quiz you would like to import the questions from. The list of questions will appear on the page. Check the box next to the questions or sections you would like to import, or check the box at the top to select them all.
Duplicate Individual New Quizzes Questions In Course Navigation, click the Quizzes link. Click the title of the assessment you want to edit. Locate the question you want to copy in your assessment. Click the Copy icon.
Copying an Entire Course Go to the course that components should be copied into, or the destination course. Select the gear icon [A]. Select Import/Export/Copy Components [B] from the dropdown menu. The Import/Export/Copy Components page will open. Select the Search for offering button.
Select Question Bank Click the title of the bank [1] where you would like to copy/move the questions. Click the Keep a copy in this question bank as well checkbox [2] if you only want to copy the question. Then click the Move/Copy Questions button [3] to copy the question.
Select Import worksheets/questions from the creation lobby. Select Paste questions In the text box, paste the questions and answers from which you would like to generate questions for your quiz.
