To copy and paste a sketch: Select the closed sketch in the FeatureManager design tree. Click Edit > Copy or press Ctrl+C. Click in the sketch or document where you want to paste the center of the sketch. Click Edit > Paste or press Ctrl+V.

Using the right click menu is one way. Choose Move or Copy and select the location of the copied layout tab (ensure that create a copy is selected). There is however an easier way, use the Ctrl key! Simply hold the Ctrl Key down and drag the layout tab to the desired location in the list.
