in Genesis lesson planner you have multiple ways to copy and paste lesson plans one way is to copy lesson plans from one of last years lesson books into this years lesson books you can copy all the plans at once or copy individual lessons only lets take a look now so from the lesson book screen click on copy lessons select the school year to copy from so well use 2015-16 select the book you want to copy from so I have multiple lesson books because Im working with multiple teachers to see their lesson plans select the book you want to copy to now from this school year and then on the left-hand side you have the option to select all of the books at once or select books individually by using the individual checkboxes before you move forward from the screen though note the start date for the copy we recently learned that the date here will put the plans on the calendar but it might not be the exact days that you want and then it makes it difficult to move the plans around or delete t

If you wish to copy a single lesson, you can do that by clicking and holding your cursor on the lesson you wish to copy on the left side of the screen, and releasing on the right side of the screen.
The Copy feature allows teachers to copy or link lessons from other teachers and insert those into their plans. Please note - the Link Lessons option will only appear if the teacher has shared with you using the Collaborate - Individual Teachers option on their Sharing Options page.
To import lessons, go to the lesson menu of the day you want your imported lessons to start. At the top, select the class you want to import from. Then, select the lesson(s) or unit(s) you want by clicking on them (make sure they turn blue). Then click the blue Import Lessons button.
