On July 21 of last year, an inquiry mandated the post office to disclose various documents pertinent to phases five and six. These documents, as specified in the notice, should address relevant issues, including reviews of the Horizon system by Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Linklaters. The inquiry explicitly requested documents that were created, sent, or received concerning conversations or meetings involving 19 specific individuals, including Paula Venel, Alice Perkins, OLN Lions, Angela Vanden Bogard, Mark Davis, Tim Parker, and Susan Kryon. On March 28, the post office submitted a cover letter for the production of 1,071 documents and noted the initiation of two assurance exercises.
