Click File Options Display, and then under Always show these formatting marks on the screen, select the Hidden text check box.
You can print the document with or without the hidden text. Go to File Options. In the Word Options dialog box, go to the left panel and select Display. In the Printing options section, select the Print hidden text check box to print the document including the hidden text. Select OK.
Simple Markup points out where changes are made with a red line in the margin. All Markup shows all edits with different colors of text and lines. No Markup hides markup to show what the incorporated changes will look like. Original shows the document in its original form.
