Answer: Right-click the field and select Format Field. Click X+2 next to Suppress. Enter the formula criteria to suppress (No IF-THEN statement is required) ex., {ADDRESSFIELD}Chicago
The right-click the line object and select Format Line to open the Format Editor dialog box. On this window you will find a check box labeled Suppress with an X-2 button to the right.
Comments start with the # character. All following content up to the end of the line is part of the comment. Comments may be on their own line or follow after a Crystal expression (trailing comment). The purpose of comments is documenting the code.
The error is occuring because crystal, like most languages, needs a logic statement (test) followed by an action if true (then) followed by an action if false (else). In your code, you have a test followed by a true action followed in combination with another test followed by true action and finally a false action.
