Hey there and thanks for watching WPBeginner. Today Ill show you how to enforce clean image file names in WordPress. Making sure you have clean image file names for every image can help your SEO. So first and activate the clean image filenames plugin, then go to media-add new to start using it. For example, Ill add this image that has some special characters in the image name, when I do the plugin cleans those special characters and you get a nice file name for your image. You can still use those special characters for the image title, but the file name will be SEO friendly.
