alright welcome to help solve Paragon questions edition this is where we actually go through and answer questions that are posted in the HubSpot community by other HubSpot users so today weve got Remy grewcica whos a new member and the question is Im trying to change the deal type property when creating new deals currently the only options are new business and existing business we get many referrals therefore Id like to add a referred business option but I dont see where this would be possible great question Remy this is sometimes confusing because this is actually a field thats already existing Im gonna go ahead and copy this because this is what you want to see the referred business but actually finding the existing business is actually just a property on HubSpot and its one of the few properties thats not standard that you can change so Im going to hop over to our example org here and Im gonna be in the settings action so just by clicking on the COG here in the upper righ
