in this demonstration I am going to show you how to edit a work order Ill click on the work order icon and ill pick the work order that i just created in the previous video and actually I would like to change the task so I select the row that places this record in edit mode Im going to come down and change the task and I think Ill filter these so its going to be a calibration task okay so Ive made my change and Im also going to do a few other things here I can change the priority I can give it some estimated hours I can add a file attachment and in this case I think Ill go ahead and add some details and detailed instructions can be up to two gigabytes of texts per record so virtually unlimited you can copy and paste drag and drop if you have a manual perhaps a PDF manual copy of the SOPs for this equipment you can just select the portions of the manual that you need and drag them and drop them right into this in this case Im going to open a file that wed already created okay
