the question was how do i modify the text in my title block in paper space and so the first thing that we want to do is when we finish our drawing were going to go over to to our paper space tab and youre going to want to move it and zoom in to the to wherever you want and remember to lock down your your viewport and then youre going to go to paper space its really important that youre in paper space and youll know that youre in paper space because the little view cube will have disappeared and there are less options down here and when in paper space you should be able to hover over any of the text and it will become highlighted and so double left clicking on it will allow you to change uh the the the the field so 13-09-20 okay and then just click off when youre finished thats it alright hope this helps

The main components of every building quote are: Record keeping information like who the quote is prepared for and the site or project in question. The cost/estimated cost section of the quote, which forms the meat of the quote. Some information in regards to the project schedule and/or timeline.
You can politely decline a quote from a contractor by texting, emailing, or calling—whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Try a two-sentence note such as, "Thanks for your quote and taking the time to look at our project. We decided to go with a different bid." Yes, it can be that short and easy.
A: It's not uncommon for contractors to ask for a down payment up front to secure your spot on their schedule or purchase some of the job materials in advance. Asking for more than half of the project cost up front, though, is a big red flag.
1. Both are used to issue changes to constructions documents, including plans and specification; 2. An Addendum is use to issue revisions to constructions documents AFTER bid documents are sent to the contract, but BEFORE bids are turned in by the bidding contractors.
Ask the contractor to explain why the price rose so dramatically from the initial estimate. He will likely say something about unexpectedly high expensive labor and materials. Request an itemized invoice, explaining that you do not feel comfortable remitting any payment until you can further examine this issue.
A quote is an offer to do a job for an exact price. Once you accept a quote, the contractor can't charge you more than the agreed price unless you agree to extra work, or the scope of the job changes while it is underway. Legally, this is known as a variation to your contract.
When making yours, you'll want to be sure to include these basics: Company name and contact information. Company logo. Document title, such as, “Construction Quote” Individual or company name who is requesting the quote. Individual material and labor cost breakdown. Total project cost. Your quote's expiration date.
It's reasonable for home improvement projects to go over the estimate by 5% to 20% of the total project quote. Look at your contract and ask for details from your contractor about price increases.
An addendum is an addition to a finished document, such as a contract. The most common addendum is an attachment or exhibit at the end of such a document. For example, a contract to manufacture widgets may have an addendum listing the specifications for said widgets.
Guidelines in Creating a Construction Quotation List down the specific needs of the client and the construction project. Make sure that the prices that you include in the construction quotation are the updated prices of the materials. Assure that the summation of the entire price of the transaction is accurate.
