1. First of all log in to your Ticketmaster.it account and access My account. 2. Select the order containing the ticket on which you wish to change the name and click on Change Name on the box above the order.
Change your event status Go to Manage my Events. Go to your Event Dashboard. Choose your event status. Optional: Update your event status.
Select the tickets youd like to transfer and click Continue. Enter your recipients information, including their email address and an optional note. Click Send.

The Ticketmaster confirmation email is sent to the email you supplied during your booking, up to 72 hours after purchasing your tickets. If you havent received an email confirmation please check the email that you have registered with us is the correct email address.
Contact the Box Office and have them unlink your email from your Ticketmaster account. They will then change the email on your account to a new email of your choice. When you sign in again, you will use the new email address.
We automatically send a verification email to the email address used to sign up for the account, but you can verify additional email addresses and even resend the verification email to the original address if you didnt receive it.
