so if I click and drag on this text now youll notice that Im trying to click on drag on this text but its not working why is that oh Im clicking and dragging up here but instead of instead of it clicking and dragging this text its still clicking and dragging this layer which isnt really helpful for me the reason its doing that is up here Im on the move tool in the options bar the Auto Select checkbox is unchecked I did this when the video wasnt recording just to show you this is a problem that you might run into if youre trying to click and drag something and instead something else completely in the image is getting dragged it probably means that this check box hasnt been checked make sure that you have this checkbox checked almost at all times right there by default its left unchecked thats a stupid thing that docHub does I dont know why so Im going to check this box right here and now it auto selects the layer that the pointer is above so now when I click and drag what
