Editing in the App In the Fiori launchpad, choose the Manage Invoices tile. Search for the invoice that you want to edit using the invoice ID and open the invoice. In the Invoice Details section, you can edit the invoice ID and invoice date. Navigate to the Charges tab and you can perform one or more of the following:
Are you looking to edit your invoice template? Head to your Square Dashboard Invoices Settings Invoices: Select the Default template - Square Invoice box select Edit in the bottom right-hand corner.
Select Templates. Right-click the invoice template you want to delete. Choose Delete Template. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
To change the template of an invoice, please click on the saved invoice which you would like to edit, then choose Select Template.
You can change the invoice format in Tally by Pressing Ctrl+P and configuring the print settings. The print configuration allows users to show/hide fields, details, caption, description, print logo, etc.
To manage your custom templates: Select Settings ⚙ and then Custom form styles. Find your custom or standard template. Select Edit in the Action column. Make any edits. Then select Done.
In cases where you want to delete or amend an invoice, a credit note will usually suffice as the solution. A credit note allows you to effectively - and legally - cancel an invoice.
