hi my name is dave Andrews today I will show you how to change the background color in a Microsoft Word document let's go to our computer and open up word just click on your Start button let's go to all programs let's find Microsoft Office let's open up word now here we have the default document that comes up when you open Word and as you can see it's a basically a white piece of paper background we want to change that and the way we do that is by at the top tab clicking on page layout and then in the ribbon here you have an option that says page background now we want to just move our mouse over page color and click on that and you can just move your mouse over different colors and I'm not even clicking on these but Microsoft Word is just giving me a little preview of how they would look if I chose them I'm going to choose sort of a light blue color as you can see here our page is now a light blue as opposed to a white and if I type on it it may be hard to read so I can also go to ba...
