sometimes we want to create a meeting and we dont really need to have a response back from the people that we are going to be meeting with and so im going to show you how to do that in your microsoft outlook account were going to choose a new appointment and its just going to be a demo and were going to go ahead and invite attendees to our appointment and then what you do is when youre setting it up you go to response options and you can say you can turn on request responses you can turn on allow new time proposals that means when somebody responds back that theyll suggest a different time but you just turn that off and on by clicking it so now i would be requesting responses but if i click the check away then no response will be required from the people that i send the appointments to and this one since i have it going to myself there would be no reason for me to request a response from my other calendar so thats all you have to do is when youre setting up that appointment go
