Once an email has been sent, it is stored on the server and cannot be deleted. However, if you need to delete the email, you can contact the recipient and ask them to delete it for you. You can delete whatever you send, but unless you catch it quickly, you can only docHub your own copy, not the recipients version.
Open your mail account (Gmail/Outlook) and go to the Sent folder. Now select the email that you want to delete. After having selected that particular email, click on the Delete button, which looks like a trash bin. Gmail conversation is moved to the bin, but in Outlook, it is moved to the recoverable items.
Some email clients dont even have an option to recall an email, and Yahoo is one of them. You can only delete it from your own Sent folder, but the recipient gets it anyway. When you send a message, the receiver can view it at any time, whether or not you delete it on your end.
Yes, Yahoo Mail offers an Undo Send function to help you avoid sending an email that contains errors or needs further editing. This feature works by giving you a brief period of time after you hit the send button to recall your email.
How to Unsend an Email in Gmail Right after you send a message, you can retract it. In the bottom left, youll see Message sent and the option to Undo or View message. Click Undo.

When you begin composing an email Yahoo automatically saves it to your Drafts folder, located on the left hand side of your email.
