hi guys welcome to this session in a Libra office writer in this module I want to show you how you can use the redact feature so basically block out chunks of text or words within a document so they cannot be read redact the text so Iamp;#39;ve got a document on the screen and Iamp;#39;m going across to the tools menu and then youamp;#39;ve got two options here youamp;#39;ve got just redact and then theyamp;#39;re using the auto redact feature there so Iamp;#39;m going to use the redact feature first and then Iamp;#39;ll do the auto redact in a second so when you do click on that it opens up LibreOffice draw now what you can do so Iamp;#39;m manually doing this is youamp;#39;ve got this little toolbar reduction toolbar where you can select words or areas that you want to redact so Iamp;#39;m just going to do a little demonstration here so Iamp;#39;m selecting office and Iamp;#39;ll select office there as well I missed that one Iamp;#39;ll just delete that probably need to

To protect your information, learn how to redact in Preview. Open your PDF in Preview. Click the Markup icon on the top right. Click the Redact button on the top left. Read the reminder in the dialog box, save a copy of your PDF, and click OK. Select your text to have it automatically redacted.
