Select the range of cells, or make sure that the active cell is in a table. On the Data tab, in the Data Tools group, click Remove Duplicates. Select one or more of the check boxes, which refer to columns in the table, and then click Remove Duplicates.
On the Analysis tab, in the Explore group, click Gap Detection. Gap detection can be run against character strings, number sequences and dates to search for missing information. In the field to use drop-down, select Invoice number.
To filter for unique values, click Data Sort Filter Advanced. To remove duplicate values, click Data Data Tools Remove Duplicates.
Select the range of cells that has duplicate values you want to remove. Tip: Remove any outlines or subtotals from your data before trying to remove duplicates. Select Data Remove Duplicates, and then under Columns, check or uncheck the columns where you want to remove the duplicates.
Remove rows with repeat data On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Select the data range that youd like to remove duplicates in. At the top, click Data Data cleanup. Select which columns to include, and whether or not the data has headers. Click Remove duplicates.
