To hide sensitive information or parts of a screenshot you do not want to share, use the blur tool: Select the Blur tool in the side or top menu. Move your mouse to the part you want to blur. Click and hold your mouse to drag until the part gets blurred.
The Fill tool works best when the background you want to remove is a solid color. Click the Fill tool in the Snagit Editor toolbar. In the Properties panel, click the Fill dropdown and select Transparent (checkerboard pattern). Click the background of the image to replace the color with transparency.
Access the Pixlr editor and upload your image. Navigate to the left-hand side of the toolbar and select the Blur Tool icon wich resembles a droplet of water. This enables you to apply a blur effect to your image.
Blur Tool Click the Blur tool in the Snagit Editor toolbar. Select a Quick Style or edit the tool properties to customize the tool. Click and drag on the Canvas to draw the blur. When you are finished with the Blur tool, click the Move tool to select, move, edit, or delete objects you added to your image.
Select the Blur tool in Photoshop, choose a brush tip and strength, and drag it over the spots you want to blur. You can do the same in Lightroom. Show movement with motion blur. Add movement to a static object or person in a photo by applying a directional Path Blur filter in Photoshop.
How to blur an image Upload an image. Select the Upload your image button or easily drag and drop your files into the section. Blur image. Click Edit Image, then Adjust to use the Blur slider tool of our photo editor. Download your design.
Click the Blur tool in the Snagit Editor toolbar. Note: If the tool is not visible in the toolbar, click the More dropdown. In the Tool Properties, select the blur Shape (Mac only) and Type. Click and drag on the canvas to draw the blur.
Blur images with a brush or directional tool. Soften certain areas and draw focus to your subject by applying blur with your favorite brush. Select the Blur tool in Photoshop, choose a brush tip and strength, and drag it over the spots you want to blur. You can do the same in Lightroom.
