letamp;#39;s go over how you can blur part of an image using Photoshop this can be accomplished one of two ways either with a regular blur or a pixellation blur and Iamp;#39;ll show you how to do both first things first come over here to your layers menu and make sure your layer isnamp;#39;t locked if your image layer is locked and you see this lock icon just click on it to unlock the layer and now Iamp;#39;m going to grab the lasso selection tool and Iamp;#39;m going to zoom in over the area that Iamp;#39;d like to blur and Iamp;#39;m going to click and drag to create a selection going around the area of the image that I would like to blur and if you want to apply a regular blur just come up here to the filler menu the filter menu go to blur and select gajian blur and you can use this slider to increase or decrease the intensity of the blur just make sure you have this preview box enabled so you can see whatamp;#39;s happening on the canvas as you apply it and once youamp;#39
