everyone knows how to highlight but most people donamp;#39;t know how to jump from one highlight to the next quickly the point dialogue is still relevant for this purpose that has two things find and replace Ctrl G works why not control it because Ctrl F will open one of the two panes we donamp;#39;t want that so Ctrl G will take you to replace so now click on the find tab so now what are we trying to find highlighting which is formatting you donamp;#39;t see an option for it no problem click on more if youamp;#39;re interested in formatting so click on the format drop down and finally you will see highlight now you click on the find button it will find the first highlight and then wait for you to say find next finding first time you say find next then get rid of the fine dialog and press Ctrl page down thatamp;#39;s the shortcut for finding the next item that next item right now is highlight but it could be a table it could be any word which you have found the remember control pa

Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from or press Ctrl+A to select all of the text. Go to Home and select the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Select No Color.
Hold down the control key (Ctrl). Click on files or folders that you want to select while holding the control key. Continue to Hold down the control key until you select all the files you want.
