Bolt says driver accounts may be blocked for several reasons, including using a false identity, invalid or expired documents, dangerous or harmful on-trip conduct and soliciting offline trips.
To edit your account information, follow these steps: Tap on the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) Tap on View profile. Select Edit profile. Locate the piece of information you want to change. Select Edit. Update the details. Your information will be updated automatically, but you may be required to verify your details.
First Login # Open the Bolt Account email sent by your administrator. Navigate to the login page. Enter your Login Email. Select Continue. Provide all of the following: Current Password: the temporary password provided in your Bolt Account email. Select Continue to log in.
Please contact Support through the app if you need to change any of the following account details: Bank details. Email address. Fleet partner. Legal entity. Operating city. Phone number.
Log in to Bolt using your email address. Select Edit in the Payment section. Update your payment method information. You can then add or delete a payment method, or update your preferred card.
To change your bank details, please log in to the Driver Portal and update the relevant field in the Payout account information section. To confirm the change, enter a one-time code sent to your phone number. If you dont have access to the phone number linked to your account, please change the phone number first.
Adding new accounts Click on the green button in the top right corner to fill out the details and add a new account.
