hello everyone so to contact customer support in bold app just tap in top left and then you have support in the left sidebar then you just redirect it you can get help with just a recent ride or you can just get help with something else like recovering a lost item so for example if you lost something in uber you can you can help to try to help to recover that and you can try to contact the rider uh your driver then you can always chat with us or just select your uh issue and describe it and then just write the details and then just attach some files so yeah something like that and yeah so thatamp;#39;s basically the idea hope that is helpful

It is only possible to delete your account when any outstanding payments have been paid. If you cannot delete your account, please contact our Support team.
Bolt uses one-time codes, sent via email or SMS (text message), to verify your identity. You do not need to create a username or password to access your Bolt account.
Please contact our Support team via the app to request account deletion. Your driver account can be deleted only if there is no pending payout for you. Important: Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to restore it.
How to Delete Your Bolt Account # Log in to your Bolt account from the Shopper Dashboard (account.bolt.com) Navigate to Account Settings. In Privacy login, click Delete account. Select the reason youre deleting your account. Click Continue.
For example, we collect and process the personal data submitted by you in the course of installing and using the Bolt app; refusing to share geolocation data via the App means we cannot direct a driver to your location for pick-up, nor can we show you one of our own vehicles close to you for hire.
Once your account is deleted, you wont be able to restore any information connected to it, including your credit card information, promotions, and Bolt Balance. Please note that if you delete your account, your ride-hailing account will also be deleted.
There is currently no option to delete or hide your order history. If you need to clear your order history, you can request an account deletion then create a new account with your details.
You can log into your Shopper Account Dashboard at account.bolt.com. Navigate to your Shopper Account Dashboard. Input your email address . Bolt will email you a 6-digit verification code. Input the verification code to log in.
