this is the blackout its supposed to be a security stamp that lets you stamp out your personal information and to help you protect against identity theft I got this because Ive been getting a lot of mail lately and I dont when I throw it away I dont want to get any identity theft so I pulled out this just a regular example text to show you when you push it down you can still see exactly what it says underneath and yeah it says your today digital spent bla bla bla so its not really blocking out your ear ink Ive even tried to do it a few times and it kind of works a little bit better but even when youre looking at it you can make out what its saying underneath so I dont and you can wipe it off to see you just wipe it so you can see what it says so I definitely dont think that the blackout really is is a good way to protect your identity especially with something so serious as I US protecting your identity I wouldnt trust it to the blackout I think that maybe a shredder or som
