good morning my name is yatra mitsash and i work for johnson labs in this talk i will describe the latest results we have obtained in the area of visual document understanding via our sparco cr library and with the use of our annotation lab tool as you all know many verticals today still depend on paper documents or on documents stored as images such as receipts or invoices or reports contracts lease agreements or forms maybe scanned audit records or all sort of financial reports now extracting high quality data from those documents comes with several challenges first i would cite the big heterogeneity of document types and formats some of them available in poor quality scans or in all sorts of photos maybe taken from an angle just to complicate delete a little bit more the problem now processing those documents currently involve involves human interventions which are of course time-consuming error-prone and expensive what we can do to automate and speed up the document digitiz
