the best way to ensure that a font that you have included in a publisher file is available to others is to embed the font into the file the font must be a true type font and itamp;#39;s license must allow embedding once you are ready to embed the font go to file click on commercial print settings and then manage embedded fonts make sure to check embed TrueType fonts when saving publication also check do not embed common system fonts this keeps your file from being unnecessarily large if you are only using a few of the characters of a font set you may check subset fonts when embedding this will only embed the characters that you have used click OK and then just save as usual
