To merge documents in Word while preserving all the track changes, follow these steps: Within your version of the document, select the Review tab. Click Compare and then choose Combine.
You can also merge PDF comments through your web browser with an online PDF editor like Acrobat online services. Simply open the PDF you want to upload your comments to, use the Add Comments tool to bring over comments from the other PDF documents, and download the finished product.
On the Review Ribbon, in the Compare Group, click on the Compare icon and choose Combine. In the resulting dialog box, choose your original document on left side and the revised document on the right side (click on the Folder icon to browse through your files). Click OK to exit the dialog box.
Select the text you want to comment on, or click at the end of the text. On the Review tab, click New Comment. Type your comment. Word shows your comment in a balloon in the documents margin.
Link to a comment Select an existing comment. In the comment, select the ellipsis ( ). Select Link to comment. Select Copy.

Click Review Compare Combine. Under Original document, click the arrow and then click the document that contains the combined changes. Under Revised document, click the next copy you want to merge. In the Label unmarked changes with box, type a name or phrase so youll know who suggested the changes.
Copy the comments: Right-click on the selected comments and choose Copy. Alternatively, press Ctrl + C. Switch to the destination document: Click on the tab of the destination document where you want to paste the comments.
