term sheets could be handshake agreements or two-pager documents which define the terms at which an investor puts money in a startup a lot of times founders are expected to sign them and send them back to the investor but are these term sheets legally binding well not as much as the definitive agreements which is the shareholders agreement and the share subscription agreement which follows these term sheets however there are certain clauses of the term sheet which could come back and bite the startup founder in the posterior if not followed one pertaining to confidentiality which means they will not go disclose the terms to anyone and the second could be a no-shop clause which means you will not use this term sheet to go to other proposed investors and fetch better terms for yourself share it with the star of founder you know

The bind() function creates a new bound function. Calling the bound function generally results in the execution of the function it wraps, which is also called the target function. The bound function will store the parameters passed which include the value of this and the first few arguments as its internal state.
The full syntax of bind : let bound = func . bind ( context , [ arg1 ] , [ arg2 ] , ) ; It allows to bind context as this and starting arguments of the function.
Syntax of the bind() method const boundFunction = originalFunction. bind(thisArg, arg1, arg2, ); The bind() method is called on the original function originalFunction, creating a new function boundFunction that is bound to a specific object ing to the thisArg.
call : Accepts arguments individually as a comma-separated list. apply : Accepts arguments as an array or array-like object. bind : Can preset arguments when creating the new function, but additional arguments can be passed when the new function is invoked.
bind() is used to bind the socket to a specific address and port on the host machine. This is done so that the socket can listen for incoming connection requests on that specific address and port. For example, in a server application, the socket can be bound to the localhost address (127.0. 0.1) and port 8000.
bind command is Bash shell builtin command. It is used to set Readline key bindings and variables. The keybindings are the keyboard actions that are bound to a function. So it can be used to change how the bash will react to keys or combinations of keys, being pressed on the keyboard.
You would use bind when you want to the function being called to have a different this value than the default one. Use bind() when you want a function that always runs with a specific this value. Its useful for more functional programming, when passing around functions as callbacks or event handlers.
