morning everyone itamp;#39;s Julia from Cross patch youamp;#39;re not going to see me today youamp;#39;re just going to see some stuff um when I did the circle um bag demo um there were lots of comments on that and lots of people asked me can you put a zip in it um and youamp;#39;re asking the wrong person really cuz I donamp;#39;t do Zips until now um but I do like a challenge and Iamp;#39;ve worked out how to do it so if you want to know how to make an actual Circle bag um have a look at the last video that will show you how to make the circle bag but Iamp;#39;m just going to briefly explain why you canamp;#39;t put in a zip normally in a circle bag so this is from youamp;#39;ll see this on the last demo so this is how the bag starts and to put the bag together basically youamp;#39;ve got to fold up the sides and youamp;#39;ve got to fold them in each one in like that so you canamp;#39;t just sew a zip round there and a zip round there because what happens when you cross

GBC ZipBind is a new type of binding strip designed by GBC to work in conjunction with your existing comb binding machine. These fashionable strips are designed to be recloseable so that documents, presentations and proposals can be edited on the fly.
To begin place the ruler on the fabric at a 45 degree angle and cut off the end of the fabric which will be a triangle shape. 45 degree angle line of ruler on bottom edge of fabric. Place the 2 line of the ruler along the diagonal edge of the fabric. Bias strips being cut. Sew strips together. Press binding strip in half.
Here we go. 1) Open out the ends of the binding. 2) Fold each end to form a 45 degree angle. 3) Crease the folds where they meet. 4) Open the two creased folds. 5) With right sides facing, match the fold lines to each other. 6) Stitch the fold lines, creating a diagonal seam. 7) Trim the seam allowances.
