Accept or reject changes one at a time Click or tap at the beginning of the document. On the Review tab, go to Changes. Select Accept or Reject. As you accept or reject changes, Word will move to the next change. Repeat until youve reviewed all changes in your document.

Change a Comment Shape Right-click the cell which contains the comment. Click on the border of the comment, to select it. On the QAT, click the Change Shape command, and click on a shape to select it.
Select the Review tab from the top toolbar. Select the small arrow under the Delete button. Select Delete All Comments In Document. Click Review to show all the options. Under Tracking, click Show Markup. Click on comments to deselect and hide your comments.
Click File, and then look for Author under Related People on the right. Right-click the author name, and then click Edit Property. Type a new name in the Edit person dialog box.
