to change your theme go to the appearances tab on the sidebar and select themes from this page you may customize your current theme which will be highlighted here or change it completely by choosing from the other available themes clicking any of these themes will give you information about the theme use the arrows at the top to flip through the different themes you can activate this theme here or select live preview which will bring you to a preview page this lets you see what your site will look like with this theme and allows you to start customizing it with the settings on the left without changing your current theme once you are happy with your theme and its settings click save and activate to make this your current theme
