ASCII is a 7-bit character set containing 128 characters. It contains the numbers from 0-9, the upper and lower case English letters from A to Z, and some special characters.

Special Characters (3247 / 5864 / 9196 / 123126): Special characters include all printable characters that are neither letters nor numbers. These include punctuation or technical, mathematical characters.
You simply have to manipulate the ASCII value. For example, if you wish to convert it into an uppercase, you can subtract 32 from its ASCII value. Simultaneously, if you want to convert it into a lowercase character, you can add 32.
