In this video, were going to learn how to insert the note via data loader. If you prepared your CSV file and import files as noted in steps one and two of the screen cast series, you should now be ready to import your legacy notes. Open data loader, click insert, enter credentials. Click login and click next. Check the box next to show all Salesforce objects. Select note or content note from the list of available objects. Click browse and select the CSV file you created previously, click next. When the data selection initialization dialogue appears, confirm the number of records is correct and click okay. Click create or edit a map and the mapping dialogue box will appear. Click Auto-Match Fields to columns. The column names should match up if entered correctly. If not, then drag the fields down t
