Use Add Attendees to offer complimentary tickets or manually record an order. Fees arent charged on manual orders, but youll need to collect payment directly from the attendee, outside of Eventbrite. To get started, go to your Event Dashboard. Then select Add Attendees (under Manage Attendees).
To update your tickets, go back to Add tickets. Select the three-dot icon next to your ticket type and choose from the following options: Edit: change your ticket settings. Changing name or pricing settings will only apply to future sales.
How do I set up donation tickets on Eventbrite? Its simple when creating a new ticket, just select Donation as your ticket type. Once youve done that, attendees can choose the amount they want. Then attendees can choose the amount they want to pay instead of a price set by you.
If youre ready to go live, select Publish and choose whether to Publish Now or Schedule Publish. If your event has more than 25 tickets and youre not subscribed to Eventbrite Pro, there will be an Organizer Fee when you publish the event. NOTE: You can still make changes to an event after you publish.
To create an event on Eventbrite, follow the steps below. Create an Eventbrite account. Go to eventbrite.com and click on the Signup link in the upper right corner. Click the Create event button. Enter the details of your event. Improve your event. Publish your event. View your event.
How to create an externally-ticketed event on Eventbrite Music Go to the Tickets page. Choose External Ticketing. Enter details for your event. Save, complete your setup, and publish.
At any point you can create a guest list by logging into your account, clicking your event and selecting Manage Attendees Guest Lists. Click on Create List and give it a name before clicking Done. At this stage, you can add and delete guests without impacting ticket inventory or event capacity.
To create tickets for your event, go to Add tickets and select Add more tickets. You can make paid, free, and donation ticket types. If your tickets arent available, review your ticket settings to confirm that your tickets are visible and on-sale.
