hi this is Lori with E space Im going to show you how to add and manage scheduled preventive maintenance it is important to note that only admins can add scheduled preventive maintenance once the scheduled preventive maintenance has been added and saved it will rule out as a work order on the next scheduled date to get started go to the left sidebar of your dashboard and click on maintenance PM then add maintenance PM now select the location and service category as it relates to the work order if you have elected in general settings to display spaces on your work order request all of your spaces for your selected location will be displayed if the work order is related to a particular space you can select the space here if the work order is related to one or more pieces of equipment associated with a selected service category then you can add your equipment here continue on by adding your description and add attachments such as images or documents then click Next under additional detai
