ColorSource consoles provide you with a number of effect types that you can use with intensities, color mixes, or other parameters of moving lights. Ive prepared a Playback Memory containing two of my moving lights that have all of these functions. And Ive just moved them off of their home position and pointed them down stage a bit so we can see this a little bit easier. Effects are applied to selected channels. So Im going to select those two channels now. And now we can go into the {Controls} menu, {Effects} page. And in here you can see that we have a tab for color mix effects, shape effects for pan and tilt, intensity effects that can be used on all products that have intensity controls, dimmers, LEDs, moving lights. And a parameter effect which has a setting here for you to choose which parameter of a moving light you wish to apply this particular waveform to. Im going to start with color, since most fixtures at least LEDs, and moving lights will have a color mixing sy

How to create a contract amendment Pinpoint what you want to change or add. Look at your contract and write down the parts you need to change. Date and title the new amendment. Next, add the current date and the title and date of the original agreement to the document. Draft and describe the changes. Finalize the changes.
Understanding consideration Typically, for one of the parties, consideration means money. In many cases, when you want to make a change to a contract, both parties need to have a new benefit. The benefit could be money, or it could be something else that the parties agree on.
Under common law, a party to a contract needs new consideration -- something of legal value -- to modify a contract. The party obtains new consideration by negotiating with the other party to change the consideration on both sides of the contract.
Model Contracts means any of the proposed forms of a power purchase and sale agreement, capacity sale and tolling agreement, or any other agreement or letter of intent providing for a Transaction, furnished by ESI to potential Bidders.
Always put a contract amendment in writing and make sure both parties sign and date it. Reference the title of the contract, if applicable; its original parties; and original signing date, so that it is clear what document you are amending. Attach the amendment to the original contract.
It is not illegal to alter a contract once it has been signed. However, it must be materially changed, meaning that if an important part of the contract is altered by the change, it must be made by mutual consent of both parties.
Having the parties execute a deed of amendment or variation is often the best option. Not only is this more appropriate when no consideration is involved, it offers a lot more certainty about what changes were made and which parties have agreed to them.
The amendment should be clear and concise. It should state the changes that are being made and the effective date of the changes. All parties should sign the amendment, ensuring that everyone has agreed that these changes have been made. You could use a template for your contract amendments.
