hey hows it going today today I was going to show you a little project I had somebody had requested something similar to this what we were trying to achieve was to update a due date for service schedules based on annual monthly or weekly frequency I put on here days remaining for the that cycle until your due date so it makes it easy to easy to see which ones need attention and which ones are overdue so on and so forth so this is this is a pretty cool little little macro that that we came up with just to kind of simplify if youve got multiple service items that need to be done on a whatever kind of frequency you need like I said this this person was looking for something that he could update annual services monthly and weekly services and how we came up with to change the due date change the status was by entering a one into the status column here where there is a zero now you wont see a one being entered here because what we what we were trying to do is when an a one is entered it

The contract date is usually written onto the front cover and the first page of the contract (although there is no legal requirement to do so). Generally this is the date that the last party signed the contract.
In your maintenance agreement, you will need to include: A section that defines both the provider and the client including their full legal names and any terms that need to be defined in the contract. A list of the services that will be performed in detail. Make sure all possible services as included.
In America, the date is formally written in month/day/year form. Thus, “January 1, 2011” is widely considered to be correct. In formal usage, it is not appropriate to omit the year, or to use a purely numerical form of the date.
When writing a contract for an independent maintenance contractor, include the hourly pay rate, methods of payment, and any provisions for additional compensation. With contracts for larger service providers, include all agreed-upon provisions such as compensation, price discounts or early payment, and credit terms.
Contracts have three essential elements: an offer, an acceptance of that offer, and sufficient “consideration,” or what each party will “get” out of the contract. The contract should be written in such a way that the parties involved clearly understand the contract without an attorney to interpret it.
In traditional American usage, dates are written in the month–day–year order (e.g. January 23, 2023) with a comma before and after the year if it is not at the end of a sentence, and time in 12-hour notation (1:12 am).
Maintenance expenses are costs incurred when performing routine actions to keep an asset in its original condition. Examples of maintenance costs include simple electrical repairs, bulb replacement, paint touch-ups, pool cleaning, lawn care, etc.
The international standard recommends writing the date as year, then month, then the day: YYYY-MM-DD.
Repairs and maintenance are expenses for normal maintenance and upkeep of capital assets that are necessary to keep the assets in their usual condition. These expenses are recurring in nature and do not extend the useful life of the asset.
To record a repair or maintenance expense in your records, debit the repairs and maintenance expense account by the amount of the expense in a journal entry. A debit increases an expense account. Credit either the cash or accounts payable account by the same amount depending on how you will pay for the expense.
