Hello everyone, in this tutorial I will show you how to create a comment on Microsoft Word. This is useful when revising someone's paper to easily indicate where changes are needed. Under the insert tab, click on the comment button and highlight the text where you want to make a comment. Then, enter your comment on the right side of the screen. This feature is helpful for providing feedback on documents.

If you want to read comments in a printed version of your Word document, be sure to turn on the comments before you print. In the Comments group, click Review, then Show Comments before sending the document to your printer.
How to print word document with comments mac ? Open the Word document you want to print. You must check that the comments are visible in the document. Go to file and then click on print. Within the configuration, you must select Microsoft Word. Open the print what dropdown menu and click on document that shows marks.
