Merge the cells for the "Bill To" section, entering recipient details. Repeat for the "Ship To" section. Leave a row, then enter sequence number and invoice details, including description, quantity, unit price, and amount. Change the color of these cells, then select up to row 30 and press Ctrl + T to insert a table, choosing a preferred color.
